46. Adidas Solarboost
Price: £ 139.95
Weight: 292 g (M), 250 g (W)
Heel / Toe Drop: 10 mm (M) 11.5 mm (B)

For Ultraboost fans, the bottom half of the solar boost is very similar. The main difference between this shoe and the Ultraboost is the upper. This has a stretchy fabric cage that offers a tighter fit than the knitted Ultraboost. It is an excellent option for the daily training shoes and sneakers and the race for half marathons and higher.

47. 361° Strata 3
Price: £ 134.99
Weight: 320 g (M), 272 g (W)
Heel / Toe Drop: 7 mm (M), 5 mm (B)

This is the top stability shoe of the Chinese brand, which shows in price and weight. It’s comfortingly chunky and reminds us a little of the old Brooks Beast. The pronation support is strong, the fit is adaptable and excellent, with runners with narrow and wide feet praising it, and for such a big shoe it felt surprisingly flexible on the streets.

Particularly noteworthy is the excellent mesh upper, which offers both excellent weather protection and impressive breathability. The brand is still relatively new in the UK, but if it continues to impress runners like tester Nicola Wainwright (“I had never heard of the company, but it is better than the other three brands I have tried in the past, and me will definitely do it. It won’t be long before it gets the recognition it has in its home.

48. Asics Gel-DS Trainer 24
Price: £ 120

The DS Trainer has a bold new look; First, it has a knitted upper, and what we saw in November was a multicolored Fluro affair where the ones now for sale are almost as jazzy. Early signs of testers showed the knit showed a thumbs up, which improved the fit of the long-term speed shoe, especially since it now contains a full-length layer of FlyteFoam Lyte (a lighter version of the foam on which the brand was rolled out its padded titans like the Nimbus and Kayano).

Despite reducing weight, according to Kacamata Rayban, it still offers excellent damping power and responsiveness. Asics has inserted a new heel cap into the knit upper so that you do not slip during the heel lift. Don’t you like the mottled design? Do not worry. There is also a chic black-out option.
